Topic Choice: Long QT Syndrome List five facts that you already know about this topic: 1. Long QT Syndrome is mostly a genetic disorder but it can be developed under certain circumstances.
2. Long QT Syndrome deals with abnormalities in the heart's electrical system.
3. Long QT Syndrome is related to Sudden Arrhythmic Death Syndrome which is a fatal, unexplained cardiac arrest.
4. There are many different types of Long QT Syndrome.
5. There is no cure but it is treatable.
Answer these questions about this topic: How did it/will it impact the world? It's a disorder that affects many people all over the world and especially there families since it's usually a genetic disorder. It's usually the cause of many sudden unexplained deaths in infants and children.
Why is there still interest in it today, or why will there continue to be interest in it? Long QT Syndrome is passed down through parents to their children. Since there is no cure this disorder will continue to be passed down throughout new generations.
Why are you interested in researching this topic? Since it's likely that I am a carrier of this syndrome, I would like to be more informed for the future when I have children of my own who could have it.
How do you personally connect with this topic? My dad, brother, and sister all have this syndrome as well as my other family members on my dad's side.

I think any sort of medical books about heart diseases or genetic disorders that contain information about Long QT Syndrome would be helpful. Also any academic journals that doctors have written about this disorder would be helpful for my research.

2. He is from the United Kingdom.
3. He will be opening for Taylor Swift on her Red Tour this year.
4. He sang in his church's choir when he was younger.
5. His single, "The ATeam", was written about a homeless woman.
Answer these questions about this topic: How did it/will it impact the world? Music is universal and the music he creates affects many people around the world who listen to it whether it's in a good way or a bad way.
Why is there still interest in it today, or why will there continue to be interest in it? He's an up and coming artist who's not like your typical singers nowadays. Also he has been linked with some big names in the music industry like Elton John which has gained him a lot of attention.
Why are you interested in researching this topic? I really enjoy his music and would like to know more about his journey in the music industry.
How do you personally connect with this topic? I really connect with a lot of the songs he has written; they hold a special meaning to me.

I think I'd find more accurate information on Long QT Syndrome than I would on Ed Sheeran since tabloids tend to bend the truth.

I'm fascinated by both but for different reasons. Although I believe that Long QT Syndrome would be the more beneficial topic for me since I may need to know more about this in the future.
